This is just a small collection of some of my most recent speaking topics:

 Topics:
1. From the prison walls to corporate calls. Desmond will take you on a journey of how prison life is more like corporate America than you would perceive. He will address how to remove the barriers in our workplace that hinder growth, ideas, and innovations. His 20 years working in prison and 5 years as a corporate consultant give him a unique insight into how people work together!

2. Loneliness in the workplace. We will discuss how people find themselves disconnected and alone at work. We will discuss the challenges it creates and utilize and practice tools in session to build workplace unity and safety

3. Resiliency in the workplace. With difficult events happening all the time, how do we stay resilient in the workplace? Desmond will take you on a journey to create more resilient workplaces.

4. When tragedy strikes, Desmond will discuss the challenges associated with losing a loved one, how it impacts the workplace, and what can be done to strengthen the workplace and the community that makes up the workplace.
